About PCHC

Our Mission

Plant City Homeschool Collective (PCHC) exists to support homeschooling families by creating opportunities for connection, enrichment, and personal growth. We believe that homeschooling thrives when families have access to community, encouragement, and meaningful learning experiences.

Our goal is simple: help students build confidence, character, and real-world skills while families build lasting friendships and support networks.

Our Approach

Plant City Homeschool Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving homeschool families.

We are intentionally:

  • Curriculum-neutral: families use the core academic curriculum that works best for them
  • Religion-neutral: welcoming families from many backgrounds
  • Community-focused: building connections that strengthen local homeschool families

Our programs are designed to complement what families are already doing at home while creating opportunities for students to grow socially, emotionally, and practically.

What We Do

PCHC provides structured enrichment opportunities, events, and community experiences for homeschooling families in the Plant City area.

Through hands-on activities, collaborative learning, and shared experiences, students develop important life skills such as communication, leadership, creativity, and teamwork in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Families remain in control of their homeschool journey while gaining access to a vibrant local community.

A Community for Homeschool Families

Homeschooling can be incredibly rewarding, but it doesn’t have to be done alone.

Plant City Homeschool Collective brings families together to learn, grow, and support one another.

Because homeschooling is better together(TM).
